I just wanted to know if welfare rights have helped anyone? today i had a phone call telling me i could not longer claim ESA as i failed my last medical assessment. I was also told to claim from jobseekers until and if i decide to appeal. Someone close to me advised me to ring welfare rights to which i did and im glad i rang welfare rights before claiming on jobseekers as the welfare rights lady told me not to claim on jobseekers and go for a sick note from my doctor so i can send it off when sending the appeal form off. The welfare lady has told me to go and see her next week and she will help me with the appeal form and help me through the appeal also being there when i have an appeal date. Im happy about that. Have they helped you? helped you win an appeal?
thank you
