Don't worry about being flippant. If it makes you feel better then go for it. As for the broken heart, given time it will heal. Of course you'll feel bad for the first few weeks (this is a real feelgood post isn't it!) but that will fade.

Just feel good about being you.

My debts are due to 2 ex husbands, and more recently an ex fiance who actually stole money from me both before and after we split up! I know how you feel cos my moods go up and down, and I think we all tend to post as we are feeling on the day, so it can get a little confusing sometimes, but we are all here to support each other whatever the background, so take heart, and here's a hug for Smashed ***HUG***

I guess that confirms it - men are bad for your wealth!:D
:D Thanks to MSE, I am mortgage free!:D

    Debt-free and Proud!
I never posted a SOA until I had sorted out Payplan and got things under control,I was just soooo upset and bewildered,i couldn't even think about doing it,I can remember running around like a headless chicken those first few days of finding this site, asking all sorts of stupid questions, but nobody thought any worse of me,or at least I don't think they did ;)
I don't think anyone has thought you were being flippant, you have your reasons for being here as does everyone, when you are ready to tell us your whole situation,I'm sure you will ;)
Have a :grouphug: from me,you do sound like you need it :D
