Wonder if you can help me
House been vacant for 2 years, not moved on because of divorce
Neither I, nor ex wife living in it. House in my name, only me pays mortgage
Got tennant in to help with costs. but he isnt paying, and I've had enough
Mortgage is weight around my neck, and I need to get rid. Not particulary looking for profit. Been burned by a few "sell property fast", and am looking for someone I can trust
any help would be greatly appreciated
