Annual worldwide Ins for over 65

We need an annual w/wide ins for 2 trips in Europe one lasting 31 days and 1 in the USA for 22 days. My husband is 67 and I am 62 both with no medical conditions.I have seen one on https://www.netcoverdirect.com which seems quite good does anyone know of this company.

Don't know of this company, but we use https://www.staysure.co.uk for our over 65 insurance. Have only bought single trip cover so far, but cost is much cheaper than anywhere else.
