Ive rung them, she said the account hasn't been settled yet and assured me that the price on the delivery invoice is what I am being charged! The difference on my available balance is because it's pre-authorised until delivery when I then sign the amount and then they take it so looks like mines ok I'm just minus the felix! Never mind was worth a shot eh!

Had a delivery today, they had tried to charge me £3.98 a box!!!! Sent the whole lot back!!!

I'm so pleased I put my order in on thurs evening when I saw SophieCat correct someone about this offer on another thread.
I had my delivery yesterday and fortunately asked for substitutes and 1 box was subbed for a different flavour but that's no problem.
Not having many home deliveries I didn't understand the delivery note/invoice very well but I certainly noticed at the bottom it said something about 'Felix 3 for £10'
I made use of the 0800 number printed at the top and called them to query it while the delivery man stood and waited. It was confirmed for me that the offer online was wrong but as it was their mistake they would honour the price I was expecting to pay.
I went online as soon as the driver had gone and sure enough, the offer was gone.

I ordered around midday on thursday! But apparently there was none in stock! I asked the driver which store he comes from and it's a store about 20 miles away which is HUGE!! There are 2 stores much closer including one about 2 miles away but as it was mentioned it was online only I did the online order...,

Never mind sounded too good to be true! Lol

Hi just to let anyone know who did this - we accepted it at delivery and after about 5 minutes on the phone they've agreed to refund the difference. The girl on the phone didn't really get it at first but we just kept quoting the price it says on the web order and eventually it worked. It worked by us saying "the refund would be £55" as then they seemed to understand the order rather than trying to do 3 for £10!
