Mine's my initials - like cagsd I tend to suffer a failure of imagination when thinking up screen names - but someone on another board suggested it stood for 'Crazy Cat Person' which is equally apt!

Blulu - rather OT, but my sister's a huge Blues fan. She used to work in a bar not far from the Chelsea training ground and I would get regular texts from her telling me which player she'd just met. I exchanged 'hellos' with Frank Lampard once, which was mildly exciting. Best of luck for this afternoon, anyway!

Haha - Cags is short for Carole, it's what my brothers shorten my name to, and my surname starts with D!! Easy when you know what it's meant to mean, but probably just looks like a random bunch of letters!!!

Thanks :A I'm a blue here turning green re Frankie Lamps. Although I did meet my hero one time, Gianfranco Zola. Just bumped into him at Wembley after a semi-final game there, and have a very fuzzy, but recognisable, photo to prove it

True - I used to have a cat called Cyclops who lost an eye as a kitten. I wanted to use Cyclops as a username but there were already loads of 'cyclops' usernames already taken.

One-Eye was a good alternative and is fairly unique. When I joined there was only one other username starting "One-". There are still only 3 others and this helps when searching by username. It is gender, age, and location neutral - something I have always liked. It was a total coincidence, but it has the added bonus of having its own Smilie

Cyclops lol that is lush!:j I had always imagined you to have one eye so at least I know you have two! :T

ages ago I needed a throwaway email address with a memorable name and didn't want to use any of my normal handles as they're pretty feminine (had to place a craig's list ad and wanted to avoid creeps)

I was reading the Shadowmarch series by Tad Williams and really liked the name of the character, Jeddin.

So, one misspelling later, I had a new handle!
