LoveMoney problems with Nationwide e-banking

Hi,
Has anyone successfully configured LoveMoney to read from Nationwide's e-banking site?
I'm in discussion with a (very helpful) person at LoveMoney, who thought he'd resolved the issue, but (despite trying with several browsers and through several iterations of deleting and re defining the account) I am not able to read from my Nationwide account.
It does work for barclays and (to a limited degree) Santander (formerly A&L).
I'd like to ask if anyone else in the MSE community has had success or shared my frustration with this matter?

The LoveMoney website says they are aware of the problem and working on a fix. Unfortunately, these sorts of hickups happen now and then in aggregator apps. Lovemoney seems to take an extraordinary amount of time over it, though
