Samsung Galaxy Sii total backup.

Hi.
Hope someone can advise.

I have to return my phone due to screen problems ( hopefully sorted under warranty ) and was advised to backup with kies which I have .

I understand that this won't backup stuff like apps and wanted to know if anything is recommended .
I have seen titanium but it appears the phone needs rooting and I have no experience of this.

Any ideas

your apps should be on google play ,and i think the new version off kies backs some settings up but not all ,
if it going back under warranty leave it unrooted ,they can tell and with out a usb jig you cannot reset phone so samsung cannot tell if its been played with ,i think
