Welcome Finance - successful PPI and £50 late payment fee???

I just need a bit of advice, my partner has just successfully received PPI claim from welcome which has cleared his outstanding balance.
Now we've just noticed that he had some £50 late payment fee on his account from a statement back from 2010. He had a reduced payment plan for years which was fully agreed by them. The ones from 2010 adds up to £300!! So now were worried that they've been charging it over every year! Can we claim these back?? He hasn't missed a payment so we can't understand why these are late payment fees??
Anyone dealt with this before and know if we can claim them back? He's going to call them tomorrow and ask for a full statement
Of account.
It also transpires they took this months payment out even though they had cleared the balance with the PPI. Robbing sods!!!
