Why is your income only £1803 when you are on £37k. There is 300 or 400 short. I earn about 35.5k and i get 2150 a month.
It because i pay the following before getting paid.
Tax,
Ni,
Pension,
Share Scheme,
Vouchers
These all come off my actual salary so thats why i only pick up £1803.
I am locked into the vouchers as get them at a discounted rate and dont pay tax or NI on them.
Also i will basically make at least 50% on my shares after 5 years due to the scheme i am in so not gonna cancel these as worst case scenario when the 5 years comes around i will be able to pay off any outstanding debts. Basically paying £125 a month and then my work pays an extra 50% on top of this. Then after 5 years they are free from tax and NI when i sell them.Starting Debt £10645.95
Remaining Debt £10075.57
Total Paid = £570.38 paid so far :T

No you do get taxed at 40% anything over £35000 which is about £2900 a month. It is only anything above the £2900 a month which i get taxed on but this means any overtime i do i basically just get paid a normal days rate.:(Starting Debt £10645.95

If you are locked into this voucher scheme, surely you could sell the vouchers? You said they cost you £200 but you also mentioned this is discounted. How much are they worth? Just because you can't stop getting them doesn't mean you can't stop spending them.0
