 I would imagine they would be very interested in this.
 Going to phone them in the morning having found this. And certainly will be reporting them.
 Noting this on the page:although it’s open to you to take action in conjunction with your local Trading Standards department, take out proceedings personally, or refer the matter to the Police.
 I wonder if the police would actually be interested and what law they would be breaking...?
 I know my contract is originally with the seller but I wonder if there is any way of being able to take action against the testing station.. perhaps there is some kind of criminal law or common law or something allowing this as they are allowing unroadworthy vehicles pass certificates?
 (Or just wishful thinking?)0
