:eek:I bought some shoes at Evans and they are peeling after two days.
I'm very annoyed as they cost £35 so not not cheap.
What are my rights when I go back to complain?
What should I say?
Many Thanks

Just a little thought, i need to take them back to a different branch of Evans as the one I bought them from is over fifty miles away.
Does this make a difference?
Thanks0 -

I got my moneyback!! :j
I know now I always should have done but its amazing how much calmer you feel when you have rehearsed in your head your 'Sale of goods Act' speech in case they try it on.
Many thanks to everyone for their help and advice

I've had this problem with New Look shoes. Some of them are awful and are only fit for infrequent use. I had a pair of boots that split at the seams after a week and a pair of converse like trainers that wore away on the sole right through to my feet after about 2! And even then i wasn't wearing them all the time. Considering the cost it's a bit crap
