Entries must be received online by 23:59 on 30 September 2012.
4) Only one entry per myWaitrose cardholder.
5) There are five prizes, each prize being for the winner and their guest to attend a Brewery tour at Thornbridge Hall and Thornbridge Brewery in Derbyshire on 19 October 2013. This includes overnight stay at The Beauchief in Sheffield on 18 October 2013 with a 3 course classic dinner menu at the Beauchief and a bottle of House wine per couple as well as breakfast on 19 October 2013. (Check-in on 18 October 2013 is from 2pm and check-out on 19 October 2013 is 11am).
6) Winners and their guests will be responsible for the arrangements and cost of transport to and from The Beauchief Hotel in Sheffield. All transfers between the hotel and brewery will be provided. (Leaving the hotel at 10am on 19 October 2013, retuning to the hotel at 3pm.)
7) The prize must be taken on 18 -19 October 2012 and there is no option to change dates. Individuals should not participate in the promotion if they are unable to redeem the prize on 18 -19 October 2012.
