Has anybody got any advice about this website flying homes?

Hi, just seen this advert in the local paper and wondered is it legit and do you really get 90-100% in 4 weeks, I have googled and cannot find anything about this company. w w w.flyinghomes .co .uk/ sorry can't post links yet.
Just wondered if anyone else had come across them please. Our house is on the market with local EA nearly 2 weeks so far and no viewings yet.
We are selling to pay off debts but we are moving into parents to save a better deposit for future property and would like to sell sooner rather than later really.
Thanks PP.

You make it sound like a long time. Two weeks is no time at all in the current financial situation/housing market0 -
Sounds too good to be true? IYSWIM.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

No viewings equals too expensive compared to other similar properties in the same neighbourhood, not well-presented or not being marketed properly. Or a combination of all three.
How much research have you done about actual sold prices where you are? And is your property being offered at a realistic price given the current market?
Advice about that site and others like it? Avoid. Sensibly-priced properties will sell but maybe not in the first two weeks of being listed0 -
Don't touch them I'd say. These sort of outfits are quite good at offering low and then reducing again just before exchange. The best thing to do is advertise at a realistic price, slightly lower than the competition and you will still get more that way. Agree with others, two weeks is nothing unless you are in a hot spot for house sales.0

Thanks for the advice, my bargepole won't touch it then.
Our house price is quite low in comparison to others in the nearish vicinity, no houses have sold since the crash in our area as there are only about 44 houses near to us, so no comparison really. In the boom some went for £120 ours is on at £105 for 3 bed semi which is semi rural.
We have done a lot of work and it is move in condition. We are prepared to take a hit but would just like to get them through the door
I know 2 weeks is not long but houses we've sold before have had some viewings by now that's all. But saying that my mums took 6 weeks for the first viewing and then an offer was made straight away.
Patience is the key I suppose, we will address the price if still unsuccessful in a few weeks then.
How long would people wait before reducing?0 -
90-100% of THEIR valuation, which will be at least 20% less than your current valuation. It's for the truly desperate only.0
