1. The Prize Draws open at 9:00 (BST) on 3 September 2012 and close at 6:00 (BST) on 7 September 2012 (“Activation Period”). There will be one Prize Draw every day during the Activation Period. Only one entry per person per Prize Draw per entry method. Topshop does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties.
6. By entering the Prize Draws, you agree that your details including your email address may be used to keep you informed about Topshop promotions, products and news. Topshop complies with the standard procedures laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes unless you have agreed for us to do so. For further details please see our online Privacy Policy at https://www.topshop.com.
7. Every day during the Activation Period, 1 winner will be drawn from all valid entries for that Prize Draw. Each winner will be the first entry drawn at random (by an independent person). Each winner will be notified by telephone by 8 September 2012. Topshop’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into in all respects. There will only be 4 winners.
8. Each winner will win a Topshop giftcard worth £100 (the “Prize”). Giftcard terms and conditions apply.
9. Each winner who is notified by email must respond to their winning notification email within 14 days. If a Prize is not claimed within 14 days of the relevant winner being notified, Topshop reserves the right to award that Prize to an alternative winner.
10. Prize is non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable. There is no cash alternative. Topshop reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
