    As a third party, it's difficult to prove anything. However, If you're sure you have sufficient evidence, I'd make a formal complaint to the bank concerned, with full details of the transaction concerned.

  • In any event I have not seen him for 30 years! Hence getting in touch would be difficult.


    If you have not seen him for 30 years, how do you know how much he has in this bank? How do you know he is still a customer at this bank?
