Any one loan is yes however as soon as u pay and re borrow the 70 days restarts going down the cancellation argument is gonna get u no where its is clearly stated the type of account in the t&cs.

no u would not receive an agreement as already established its a revolving credit account therefore the t&cs from 2011 are the only agreement signed for the acount.

If u did not log into any existing account how did u apply for the loan???

I went on to the website. Filled in my details and applied. They have no 'log in facility' Anyway, think it will be best for everyone to leave this alone now, I've decided what I am going to do and I shall come back when I am right to prove everyone wrong (I am never wrong, just wanted others opinions as i may have been misunderstood)

Op dummies can be bought from Tesco, if you out grown the pram mothercare can help
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Received a call from Payday Express informing me that I would be allowed to make an interest free payment. Thank you all for your help.
