Transfer Issues

Yesterday my sister tried to transfer 70 pounds from her HSBC current account to my Santander current account. We had left it to successfully transfer and had gone out and when we came back my sister received a notice that the transfer had been reversed. We checked over all the details including account number and sort code, which were completely correct and we have tried again, still the same problem occurs with a reversed transfer, how will I be able to fix this? There is more than enough of money to be transferred in her account if this could be an issue.

What did HSBC say was the problem?0

You cannot fix anything. Your sister must call HSBC and ask what the problem is.0

I went to Santander today to get it fixed. Apparently I was able to access my account online but my actual account was "blocked". This is why the HSBC transfer came up as "reversal". I had to give them passport ID so they could unblock me, not sure why but it will be sorted into 48 hours, thanks both for the advice though
