Need some help re tiling kitchen floor

Yes I know. Thats exactly what I am saying and exactly what I am trying to point out. Obviously not succeeding on the second aim then.

Ok apologies its not a screed it's a sealer, zinsser bin sealer. From google not convinced this is gonna help the floor deflection?! Although he said he'd use a flexible adhesive which never sets hard so tiles have flexibility?

I used that to seal the knots in the new skirting boards before painting!
