Incorrect information from SWT website?

I live in South West trains territory and looked at buying some single tickets from my local station to Waterloo. The journey was two adults and one child travelling with a Family & Friends railcard.
Although redspottedhandy.com, eastcoast.co.uk and thetrainline.com all show a total cost of £43.80 for the journey, southwesttrains.co.uk consistently shows £72.50 (on the same train).
This is the second time that the SWT website has attempted to charge me a higher cost than other websites for travelling on its own services. The first time, perhaps, could be a genuine mistake. But two different examples?
I'm certainly unhappy. So where should I direct my complaint so I can again feel trust in the information I'm getting from SWT? Or must I always check a few different suppliers before buying tickets? Maybe I just avoid the SWT website.

Nice to save.

What are SWT actually doing wrong? Are they trying to sell you the same tickets but without the F&F discount? Or are they trying to sell you a different type of ticket entirely?
You really shouldn't need to check multiple sources for fares - with few exceptions they all charge exactly the same price for the same ticket, ignoring booking and card fees. If it's different, it's normally that they are trying to sell you a different ticket.0 -
