This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, its agents and anyone professionally involved with the promotion.
To enter the draw, go online to https://www.wychwood.co.uk/halloween and complete the online entry form.
No purchase necessary. Only one entry per day per email address. Applicants will be required to sign-up for a Wychwood website account to be able to enter. Competition entrants can win one prize per day for the instant win prize allocation but applicants will only ever be entered once into the grand prize draw for the main £5000 prize.
The promotion commences at 00.01 am on 31st August 2012 and closes at 23:59 pm on 31st January 2013.
There is one headline prize available of £5,000.
There are also 616 daily prizes available. The daily prize fund consists of 2 x Hobgoblin Halloween pint glasses and 2 x Hobgoblin Halloween T-shirts.
Every valid entry that does not win a daily prize will receive a Hobgoblin merchandise discount voucher code via email entitling £5 off Hobgoblin t-shirts (minimum spend of £14.99) from the Hobgoblin online shop – https://www.wychwood-shop.co.uk. Terms and conditions of the Wychwood Brewery Shop apply.
All winners of the daily prizes will be notified at the point of entry and also sent a confirmation email detailing their prize. Winners are generated at random, from all entries received, 6 times a day, every day the promotion is live. The first entry received after each of these randomly generated time posts will win a prize. Prizes are generated at random until the prize allocation for that day has been spent. In the event that not all daily prizes are allocated, the prize fund will roll over into the next promotional day.
The headline prize winner will be selected at random and notified within 14 days of the closing date 31st January 2013. The headline prize will be provided as a cheque for £5,000 within 21 days of the promotion closing date. All daily prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of notification.
The promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are problematic due to lack of network/wi-fi coverage, or for any other reason beyond the Promoter’s control.
These prizes are all non-transferable and non-refundable.
No alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control, in this instance the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prize will only be available to the winners in person.
The winners’ names and counties can be obtained by sending a SAE to Hobgoblin Halloween Promotion 2012 at the Promoter’s address set out below. No other correspondence will be entered into concerning the result and the Promoter’s decision is final.
Winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further recompense.
The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
