Hello you excellent people of this forum!
I've really come to terms with how important it is to save money and budget so that you don't end up in trouble later in life! Just thinking, chatting with parents and all that lark. Because of this, i've decided to put a budget together. With the budget i've made, i've included all my commitments, and things necessary so that i "have a life" if you like.
I was wondering if anybody could improve on this budget? Believe me, any pointers will be implimented - I'm interested in saving as much money as i can.

- Any money left over from this should be put back into savings.
- Keep a spending diary with you at all times, whenever you have your wallet or any means of your own cash with you. Note the item, cost, reason, method, place and date of purchase.
- Do the best you can not to make any purchases. Everything that’s important has been factored into the budget, so you’re only going to struggle if you don’t stick to it. You’re strong, you know you can stick to it! Show people your strength by your ability to manage your money. Pull this one off at 19 and you’ve got a good head start mate
- Keep flicking through MSE for tips and encouragement. There are people on there MUCH worse off than you, and they manage. You KNOW you can manage if they can!!
