I received a parcel from Next Direct with my delivery note for my ordered boys school shoes @£45 when I opened the parcel it contained a pair of women's high heeled shoes and a the delivery note had a handwritten message saying "those shoes are sh** and I think you'd prefer a these high heeled shoes you gay b*****d. I phoned next to complain, there is an internal investigation which will remain confidential and they have offered us free shoes and £30 goodwill gesture, my family are disgusted by the note, but what is a reasonable offer of goodwill? Thanks

You have plenty of advice on your other thread.Insultedmamma wrote: »I received a parcel from Next Direct with my delivery note for my ordered boys school shoes @£45 when I opened the parcel it contained a pair of women's high heeled shoes and a the delivery note had a handwritten message saying "those shoes are sh** and I think you'd prefer a these high heeled shoes you gay b*****d. Well it is in the rules...Insultedmamma wrote: »Sorry never realised you could only post once
What's spam?
Forum users mustn't post the same forum post more than once on the forum (the only exception is members of the MSE Team; when needed). It's called spamming and most internet forums forbid it. Where spam is reported to the Forum Team posts are deleted and the user's Posting Privileges may be removed. Please don't quote any post that you believe is spam, as this causes the team more work
Several boards on our forum have a spam button. If enough forum users click the spam button on a thread, that thread will automatically be deleted. The Forum Team may choose to leave it deleted or re-instate it.0 -
