I tried this and it keeps saying the batch/unique code is wrong. I'm typing it exactly as it is printed! I will have to call them. Anyone else having problems?

Make sure you have the letters in upper case and leave a space between FUEL AA and the numbers. That should work, it did for me.

I phoned them and there turned out to be a problem with the system, fixed now

I rang them last week as I had 7 codes that would not be accepted. It turns out there had been a printing error on the packets of super noodles I had bought. The two letters on the batch code should match the two letters that are on the unique code. In my case the batch code had two letters which were WF and the unique code said Fuel WA. If I remember right, the correct letters to use were WF

So glad it was of help to you. I was sat here for ages on Saturday dinner time wondering what was wrong with the codes. Once it got sorted though, I still didnt win anything lol

Thank you GEMGIRL67 my super noodles code would not be accepted and when I read your post I changed the end letter of the batch code to match the unique code and it worked. Thank you as it was really annoying me as I was entering the code as it told me to.
