    Why not supply the relevent quote for the 21 day limit to duty of care (with a link to the guidance where the quote came from)?

    Then everyone could read it for themselves.

    Or perhaps the "21 day limit to duty of care" is only in the "Malchish DSRs", rather than in the UK DSRs :D
