Oh yes, was looking at free body butter +35% didn't notice the free delivery had the 35% as well. Even though it's in huge letters! Ta

Really struggling to get this working... What sort of baskets are you guys doing?

First of all was trying the outlet offers (5 for £5 and all that) but the 35% discount wasnt working, then trying it just on clearance items and still isnt coming off.

I found this a bit of a struggle too. The 35% isn't deducted from the clearance items and the free body butter doesn't seem to apply unless you buy non-clearance items.

I added a moringa soap (£2) and shower gel (£4) to the order, which got the free body butter and gave me a discount of £3.15, but I have no idea how it worked that figure out!

I also found that I had to add the body butter last, if I added another item to my basket after the body butter it became full price.

It stopped working days ago in the outlet :mad:

That is because you can not get additional discount on products which are already discounted. It is against our Terms and Conditions. That is why the code was not applied. ---- from the Body Shop themselves when I queried it. Must've just been lucky first time for those of us who bought from clearance & got 35% off

Thanks op, received yesterday after only ordering sunday with normal postage!

5 cranberry candles -2 of which are broken 1 body butter & 1 roomspray -all for the princely sum of £16.89 + quidco.

Make sure you ring them up and tell them. You should get a replacement or a refund! Mine came in bubble wrap and seem fine although stupidly I only checked one...

Will have to get them out and check. Thank you.

Luckily the first one I opened was one of the broken ones -that prompted me to check them all, otherwise I wouldn't have -I only opened it to sniff!:)

I have now rang them -thanks, they can only refund which is a shame as they were such a bargain. I hoped they could send replacements but they have sold out & won't send another flavour:(

Mine arrived today too they smell gorg but one of these was smashed refunded no problems.

One of my cranberry candles was smashed too......4 in a big box with no padding to stop them moving around inside! They refunded £1.30 no problem....I did wonder if they might have refunded the original £2.00!!
