I'm also having trouble getting the 35% off and the free body butter. Maybe it's a sign I shouldn't be buying anything :rotfl:!!

I have worked out why it isn't working for me anyways it cant be used on any of the clearance things have to be full price and i can only get it to work if i spend over £12 which cant be one item, so think Im not going to bother buying anything as i was only getting stuff because of the good deals

Ahh.. its saying its accepted the 35DEL code but not taking the 35% off or giving me free delivery?
Any ideas?

Hiya, my TCB has not tracked... has anyone else had this problem? I ordered last night, so starting to suspect that something is amiss here...

To those who have got through to checkout and it has applied the 35% but quoted full price for body butter, here is what I did to make mine work:

Add all your items to basket including the body butter which you want. I used almond and this work. (NOTE: I had a clearance item in my transaction so you do not have to buy just full price products to make it work).
Add the 35BUTTER code in your basket when all items are done.
It should take the 35% off and the body butter should be £0.00
Click to type in address and details and whizz down to the bottom of the page. If your body butter is charging you full price, go back to the basket remove the butter and re add it to your basket.
Checkout and it should work smoothly - this is how I got it to work. Nothing about cookies etc...

I have put clearence items in basket worth 24 pounds but the code 35butter doesn't take anything off the total. Has anyone any ideas?

You must have FULL PRICE ITEMS TO THE VALUE OF £5 to have the free body butter. The code will give 35% off clearance if you don't add the butter. HTH

I got my 35% off, also my free body butter and I only bought 5 soaps from the clearance section.
