Does anyone sell via ebay.com? Also, what about VAT from .com?

Trying to get some advise on selling from .com. I have SIF listed on .co.uk but no visibility and not getting any sales. Lost all my US customers over the last 2 weeks. It has been sire.
So, pretty peed off about having to do so but getting a couple of listings over on eBay.com site so I can get some exposure. not many just a few. have logged in via ebay.com but can't transfer SIF to $$ Listings on there (thought it might be easy) so now I amnot sure what to do.
Also, anyone know how selling from .com in the US impacts my VAT? I am VAT registered so need to delare all my sales in the UK even if going overseas but would this be different if selling FROM (what would be, I guess) the US? If I sell outside the EEC then I do not have to pay VAT on this sale and just delare the sale (so make more money), but what if I sell something from the US via Ebay to someone in the UK (Prices will be able to be cheaper without the VAT Liability). Also, would I have to declare the sale to the HMCE or is it just sales from my UK address I have to declare?
