professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

and enter your name, date of birth and email address.
4. No purchase is necessary.
5. The opening date for the free prize draw is 1 July 2012. The closing date for receipt of all
entries is 31 December 2012. Incomplete, illegible, late applications and those not in
accordance with the application instructions will not be accepted. The Promoter cannot
accept liability for applications lost, damaged or delayed.
6. Only one entry per person is allowed per week and any additional entries will not be
considered or responded to at all.

8. The Promoter cannot guarantee that the prizes will be free from all disruptions, failings or
cancellations. The Promoter shall not be liable for such disruptions failings or
cancellations unless they are caused by the Promoter’s negligence.
9. The winners will be randomly selected in the presence of an independent adjudicator and
notified by email within 7 days of the closing date and their prizes must be claimed by
within 2 weeks of notification.
10. All reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winners, however if the prize is not
claimed by this date, alternative winners will be selected from all the remaining valid
entries received by the closing date.
11. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. No cash alternative will be available. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the
Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
13. For the free prize draw winners name and county of residence, please send a stamped
self-addressed envelope after 15 January 2013 marked “Take the Moment with Echo
Falls” to Accolade Wines Ltd, Accolade House, The Guildway, Old Portsmouth Road,
Artington, Guildford, Surrey, GU3 1LR.
14. Winners may be required to participate in unpaid publicity relating to the free prize draw
and consent to their names, photographs and entries being used for such purposes by
the Promoter. By entering the promotion, participants agree to give the Promoter and its
group of companies permission to keep all material and information submitted as part of
the entry, on electronic or hard copy databases and filing systems for the purpose of the
promotion and by entering the promotion participants agree to the Promoter transferring
their data to promotional partners to enable the awarding of winning prizes.
15. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering

I am sure it's been up here before as I saw that I had already liked the Echo Falls page when I went to it, however a big thanks for posting again as I hadn't realised you could enter it more than once! It says to keep coming back to the page so I presume you can enter every week??
