Hi I had banked with tsb bank for over 30 years and in the last 15 i have taken out a credit card and had 3 loans from them Amazingly i have an original loan agreement from them dated 1999 which included ppi The other two loans where taken out after this loan and i do certainly remember being told i could not have 1 of the loans if i did not except the ppi My credit card was taken out before 1999 but i used this card regularly for years upto i think 2005 (I paid it off and cancelled it because i found it upsetting to pay something like £150 payment and only £50 or so come off my bill) Both my 2 other loans were paid off early by this time and since then i have also moved banks and closed my account I really want to know if i was mis sold ppi if i was not employed Being a mum of 7 children i would not say i did not work but i have never been employed for the last 15 years I also need help finding out the details of the two loans and credit card as ive been told the bank has no information on my account any help would be great Thanks

Almost certainly you cant prove that though and you can bet your life they have nothing on file that supports that allegation. This is why verbal unprovable allegations usually result in rejection unless there is another failing.I really want to know if i was mis sold ppi if i was not employed Being a mum of 7 children
Point of application is what matters. If you were not working at point of sale and the policy does not cover those that are not working then you have good grounds for complaint.I also need help finding out the details of the two loans and credit card as ive been told the bank has no information on my account any help would be great Thanks
If you have no records and the bank has no records then it is game over. No third party will have any records. You could make your complaint and tell them you had multiple loans over the 15 year period and let them do another search themselves. Lloyds have been known to recalculate what you would have paid on the details that are available using rates that were in place at the time. So, not relying on copy documents.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only.
