Got the sample letters for bank charges off this site but can't find a sample letter for a Credit Card company -
1/ any such letter on this site?
2/ any special wording or wording changes?
Any help as sending letters off this w/end

Not sure about this site, but if you go to https://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk and look in the template library there is a template for reclaiming credit card charges on there.
