Ebay have charged me for listing when should be free

Can anyone please tell me if the promotion of free listing for up to 150 auctions starting at £1 or more this week is a charge now get it back later promotion?
I listed approx 20 yesterday (used children clothes) and they have charged me to list them.

Did you have extra pictures - on some categories it charges you for those.
