Now, I quite like RM. Our local postie is fantastic - just after we moved in he knocked on the door to ask which names would post be correctly addressed for us. He's a lovely man and everything always seems to get delivered promptly.
Hence my confusion when a red card came through for a failed packet delivery when my OH was definately in. We organised re-delivery for today. When the post arrived yest, another red card. came in, dated for sat (when the first turned up). OH opens the door and discovers. Our usual postie who said the card was left with our letters, and it was his first day back after a holiday. And told us to put in a complaint, which we haven't done yet.
This morning a RM employee appears (separate to our postie) with 5 or 6 packets bundled together. Not sure if our postie warned the sorting office or not (some parcels not expected till today or tomorrow anyway). At least 2 of those parcels had not been delivered by the postie who was covering the round over the last week or so, so glad our postie is back!
So well done RM for putting right quickly for us :T
