Student Bank Accounts

Looking to open a couple of student bank accounts for the overdrafts....planning on putting the money into a saving account and using the interest to pay for night out etc.

I currently bank with HSBC and Bank of Scotland (going to be studying in England so not ideal) looking to open another account with branches in England....any recommendation?

In both of there terms and condition they say that you cant 'have a student current account with another provider.'

Are you only allowed to have one student account?
Could I open more than one on the same day?
Are they likely to check?
