Halifax Help

Basically I went over my Halifax overdraft at the end of last year when I was on holiday in Portugal for 2 days, the next month I got charged £10 which was fair enough as it was my fault and its in their fee terms.

I went over it for one day in July there and was expecting to be billed an extra £5 this month but it never happened, it wasn't even a full working day I corrected the negative balance by just transferring a few quid from my savings account.

Basically I was wondering does anyone know if you are only in the red for less than one working day does the £5 charge per day fee apply?

I am not complaining just wondering if anyone knows :)

Cheers.
