Depends how much you want the property.
And how much other people want it.
And how many of the properties the Developer has already built/completed/sold Vs how many are sitting ready but empty.
And how many more are under construction/planned.0 -

You seem like you would prefer an answer like 15% and could not careless if its right!Few people are capable of expressing with equanimity opinions which differ from the prejudices of their social environment. Most people are incapable of forming such opinions.0
