I do not understand your post. Are you trying to make a joke, or trying to use emotional blackmail?
The OP has given notice on his place. He chose to jump the gun and is now in this mess. The LL and the new tenants are relying on him doing as he has promised to do.
Why should they be inconvenienced? For all we know, the new tenants may also have children too.
The reason why i gave notice to the LL is that he was insisting i sign a new contract which ran out in September. I would of liked to wait until exchange but he didnt want to[promted by letting agents] There's a lot of people on this site who presume they know all the facts when they dont.
Being a LL is a business and you show know the law before you set out.
Do you just serf these sites looking for people who you can spout nonsense to0 -

Why do people make spiteful silly comments when i'm trying to find information. If you disagree DONT RESPOND. Just go and give advice to people who are more desrving in your opinion.0 -
No one is being spiteful. Both I and many others on this site have told you the facts - stop abusing them for simply giving you a message you don't like.
My frustration was because you had posted a double thread and have now received over 50 replies in total on both threads - many duplicated, which is a waste of everyone's time and money. I need not have asked the question I did about giving notice, to which you then had to reply, if you'd only posted on one thread.
Why bother asking a question on an internet forum if you are only prepared to receive opinions which pat you on the head and comfort you that of course you're doing the right thing?0 -

Why are you bothering to write this nonsense? A lot of the "opinions" expressed here are from spiteful people. If youre time is so precious why respond? I'm looking for advice not lectures fron sanctimonious twits.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. There is nothing spiteful in telling you that you will have to move out on the date your tenancy expires, particularly if the LL has a new tenancy arranged for another family.
Its unfortunate and not spiteful, but your options are limited to finding alternative accommodation up until you can move into your new property.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A
