East Coast 1st Class Complimentary Food

I know that East Coast trains now provide a selection of complimentary food in 1st class.
My butler and I are travelling down to London and were just curious as to what the portion sizes are like? More "child friendly" or reasonable amounts?

Assume what ever is shown in the picture is far bigger than you will actually get.

I found the portions somewhat wanting, however this wasn't a problem as I also ate the butlers.

Don't know about the cooked food but the sandwiches were just the one sandwich quartered. Very nice though!

Came with a decent slice of fruitcake or bag of kettle chip-style crisps.

They did come around at least twice before London though. Also tea and coffee about 4/5 times.
