Don't know about the cooked food but the sandwiches were just the one sandwich quartered. Very nice though!
Came with a decent slice of fruitcake or bag of kettle chip-style crisps.
They did come around at least twice before London though. Also tea and coffee about 4/5 times.The quickest way to become a millionaire is start off as a billionaire and go into the airline business.
