Has anyone else had problems with Sainsburys Bank i have a loan with them[ and took out insurance cover only to find that when i had an accident that i have no insurance due to an admin problem although they were taking the premiums for over 9 months and the loan was only agreed because the cover was taken out. The financial ombudsman can only make them return the premiums, but its the cover i need.
Can anyone tell me who is in charge who regulates banks?
