  • I have been applying for other jobs nearly everyday. Its not easy to find ajob in this climit though :( We'll be ok. Im hoping i get this job i applied for, it ended saturday so should hear this week.

    im looking at doing a car boot sale this sunday, i have everything sorted ready anyways :)

    had a lovely letter from the tax man today... £250 rebate!!!!!!!!!!!

    so happy. thats going to be put straight into my partners bank just before the rent comes out on the 9th!

  • Hi queen lizard, did you say £2000 in savings? That's well under the limit, the lower limit is £6000 the upper £16000.

    Direct gov have a calculator you can use which can give you an idea if you are entitled to anything.

    If your boyfriends mother is a teacher ,then why cant you get a payday loan from her as he def. will be getting a salary soon.unless you dont get on or something.or is she up to her eyeballs in debt too?I would help my kids out on such a short term senario
  • The money I saved for the car had to go towards the deposit for our rented house, and we have been living with my bfs parents for over a year without paying them anything, so now they have no money! Also his dad is 'buying' me a car so it will be easier to find a new job, obviously i will need to pay him back at some point, but i cant ask for much mroe from the,. theyve been amazing.
