Yeah, the SA for me was a bit grumpy until I made a compliment on her nail varnish! Why would they be grumpy - what else is going to happen to the free gifts if they're not given away, seems silly to be upset about it!
Also wasn't given any choice on free gift.
I'm having trouble finding a dictionary at WH Smith - I can't find anything on their website in order to check stock. Anyone else get one yet?0 -
Is it definite you can only get this with an App and not by them sending a text to a non-smart phone? The offers used to work this way but there is no Body Shop offer on the priority moments website0

I got one last week, took ages to find it in the shop (they aren't very organised) just look for the dictionary marked down to £1.49 ~ http://1.bp.blogspot.com/--PG5tZEHEBw/UDzhXgo_2mI/AAAAAAAAApc/fx1ahgF8no8/s1600/ALIM1157.JPGJune 2020 - earrings, bag, tshirt0 -
Hmmm I had the Priority Moments app on my phone but it wouldn't open. So I uninstalled it thinking that it was a glitch ( although I had used it previously!) when I've gone to reinstall it from the link that O2 resent me I nowkeep getting the message that it's not compatible with my phone which would explain why it wouldn't load the offers I guess.....grrr ( incidentally I did install onto my iPad with no problem and I saved the offer in the my offers bit....I don't really want to risk taking my iPad out shopping so can someone tell me if a code gets sent to the phone like the old system or do you have to have the app open?)0

How long does the code last for, someone mentioned 240mins, is this correct?0

I am sure mine only lasted 120 minutes once I clicked 'use now' but the offer has appeared again and expires in 1 day.A home without a dog is like a flower without petals.0 -
I'm on O2 but have a simple Nokia phone it's not fair that because I don't have an all singing all dancing phone I don't get their offers.Life is like a bath, the longer you are in it the more wrinkly you become.0

You can sign up for an account online and they will text you a code for any offer you want to redeem, just show the text in store. Not all the offers are on the website but you'll still be able to get some of them
Website is here http://www.o2priority.co.uk
Once you've registered your phone click on moments to view the offers0 -
I was completely trouted, but I am not surprised, our Body Shop never honors any of the freebie offers.
I asked at the till and the first SA didn't know anything about it so she got her manager. Her manager couldn't be bothered to come to the till so SA had to take my phone to her, which I was really unhappy about. Without bothering to come over still, the manager shouts at me that they will not be honouring the offer. So I go over to her and ask her "Why is this shop not honouring this offer?". She told me that it was one of 8 stores that were not, but did not have any more information. She told me to go to another shop over 50 miles away.
She managed to hit the redeem button when she gave my phone back too, so I have now lost my voucher. Can't even rate this offer in the Priority app now, because it has disappeared.
Is the comb in the set the wooden one? If so I am gutted, been after one of those for ages.So so SO tired of being ripped off, and mislead
Hope sharing saves some pain.0 -
Got mine yesterday. I noticed they were asking everyone at the till if they were an 02 customer and even if they said no they were giving them a box! They had a big pile of them behind the counter.0
