As Sarah said, the offers can be redeemed online and sent as a text to your mobile but the mobile app has a lot more offers available than what is shown online so you may miss out on some of the best ones if you don't have the app. The Body Shop one is showing online under the Health & Beauty category.

I just showed the app with the code from O2 on my mobile to the sales assistant at the Body Shop - handed over the hair goodies in a box without any issues. Got a car charger from O2 shop using the £10 off code - also straightforward - just showed them the code on my phone. Fab!

Hi its not showing on my view of the Health and Beauty category. Is anyone else not able to see it ?

Many thanks OP, just picked a set up. The sales assistant was fab, recommended a set suited to my hair and accepted the offer no problems at all.

The offer is no longer online, I am not sure if it is because I claimed it on my app but the offers do tend to disappear before the expiry dates.

I claimed one today but didn't get a choice and the assistant wrote "Free Gift" in thick black pen on the bottom! :mad:

It was the same for me too...the SA was great in the Body Shop.

Unlike the O2 shop where it took about 20 mins with a very grumpy SA to sort out the free £10 offer! Did manage to get the mini speaker in the end tho
