Hi Guys
Can anybody who has claimed PPI from Lloyds give me a rough idea of how long it took them to get back after the initial questionnaire?
I know they legally have 6 weeks, but has anyone heard anything sooner than that?
Many Thanks

There is no legal issue here at all, I'm afraid.I know they legally have 6 weeks, but has anyone heard anything sooner than that?
The Banks have agreed that they will respond to complaints within EIGHT weeks. If the Bank fails to do this, the only sanction you can take against them is to refer your complaint to FOS (which takes a year or more).

Lloyds are pretty slow at the moment I have had a couple of claims with them the first 2 were within about 4 weeks, but the last claim I made took about 10 weeks for an answer from them. When I spoke to them about it, it appears that they have had a landslide of claims the last couple of months and they are struggling to keep up.0

Hi
Similar story. Phoned (didn't fill out the form, just used the contact details on their website), and they made the offer on August 20th. Payment due next couple of weeks. Good luck with it!0
