The main prize winner will win a four nights break in Crete for the winner and one guest (two people in total and at least one traveller must be 18 years or over). This prize includes four nights accommodation for the winner and one guest at the 5* Blue Palace Resort and Spa in Crete on a bed and breakfast basis staying in bungalow accommodation. If the winner decides to travel alone, they are not entitled to any cash back, refund or alternative. Return economy flights to Heraklion, Crete will be provided from either a London, Glasgow, Manchester, Bristol, Belfast or Dublin airport as determined by the prize provider. Flights may be indirect and are subject to availability. The winner and their guest must make their own travel arrangements (at their own cost) from their home to the airport and back, however, return transport will be provided from Heraklion airport to the resort hotel. The prize also includes: 1 x Olive Oil Massage and 1 x Wellness and Beauty Scrub for the winner and their guest which will be booked by the prize co-ordinator when the winner books their holiday. Spa facilities are only available to guests aged 16 years or over. The winner and their guest will also dine on one evening at the Blue Door Mediterranean Restaurant in Heraklion to the value of €75 Euros per person which will be booked by the prize co-ordinator when the winner books their holiday. Basic travel insurance covering both the winner and their guest for the duration of the trip will be provided (subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider). The winner and/or their guest are responsible for meeting any additional costs related to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their guest is aged 74 or over. The winner must give at least 6 weeks notice to book their break. Upon notification, the prize co-ordinator will liaise with the winner to book their break. The prize must be booked and taken by no later than 12 months from the date the winner is notified of winning.

The winner will be required to provide a debit or credit card when they check in. This card will be required as a security deposit. Prize cannot be taken between 2 December 2012 until 2 January 2013, during public holidays in the UK or Republic of Ireland or over Easter Sunday. Once the prize has been booked it cannot be amended, changed or cancelled. Prize does not include any extras, for example, without limitation, return transfers to the UK or ROI departure airport, spending money, room service, telephone calls, wi-fi, mini bar, drinks, dinner/lunch, activities. Break is subject to third party terms and conditions. All travellers will be responsible for ensuring that they hold a valid passport, travel documents and comply with any health recommendations in place at the time of travelling. Once the break is booked, the winner will receive a pack containing all break details. The winner agrees to be contacted after their break by the prize co-ordinator to get feedback on their experience. The two runner-ups will each receive Müller yogurt vouchers to the value of £255 (two hundred and fifty five pounds Sterling) for a UK winner or €323 (three hundred and twenty three Euros – based on the daily conversion rate as at 21.08.12) for a ROI winner. Vouchers are subject to terms and conditions.
