No. They must, however, only charge a reasonable fee based on their costs. Ticketscript charges 3.5% for Debit Cards, or 4.5% for Credit or Paypal, which is probably just about reasonable, I'd guess.

In Sweden, this surcharge is illegal. And in Norway you can pay by card almost everywhere for everything
