Balance Transfer via cash in bank a/c

I did this a while ago and paid off my loan with a 0% credit card by transferring the money into my current account first (NOT withdrawing the cash!!!)
Are there any cards about now, with a low life of balance rate or 0% for X months that will let you do this?

I have an MBNA account and am probaly going to do the same, not sure what their offers are for newbies at the mo tho.Debt free and plan on staying that way!!!!0
