Balance Transfer via cash in bank a/c

I did this a while ago and paid off my loan with a 0% credit card by transferring the money into my current account first (NOT withdrawing the cash!!!)
Are there any cards about now, with a low life of balance rate or 0% for X months that will let you do this?
