How long have you been living together TBTC and claiming a single claim? My clainm wont realistically start till at least October as I havent even had the form through the post yet, and I will be moving out just after Xmas. x0

Sorry for the delay in replying - LauraLou, it's been 9 months so quite a long time. The understanding was that he was looking for somewhere all that time and I was fully expecting any month for him to say he had found a house and was going. As you say FBaby he was too comfortable. Needless to say I'm feeling less amicable now. Funnily enough he did say just before I heard that the claim had been stopped that he would be out by the end of the month. Now I'm panicking that if he's out I'm not going to get any benefits at all which will mean I can't even afford the basics.0
