HELP! Anyone had experience of the Corgi vat optimiser?

Can anyone please help me with this?
My partner and I run a corgi registered plumbing and heating business, and are vat registered.
Corgi have a vat optimiser product which they claim could save us £75 per installation. This is based on vat notice 708/6 which is to do with vat being charged at the lower rate of 5% on certain energy efficient products.
Does anyone know how this product works? They charge 33% of any vat charged, so I would like to try and do this myself if possible without paying that hefty commission.
There are certain 'clues' on the enquiry form on their website. They ask for cost details for boilers, internal programmers, and standard flue kits most often installed, and hourly charge out rates for our engineers.
To save £75 vat per installation by reducing vat to 5% from 17.5%, the net amount on which 5% vat is allowed must be £600. This would initially look like it could be the vat on the energy efficient boiler (as this is their approximate cost), but it can't be this, as vat notice 708/6 specifically says that the lower rate does not apply to boilers.
Can anyone shed any light???

Dont waste your money. The items which carry lower or no vat are all listed on a website supported by HMRC. I dont recall the site itself, but 10 mins on HMRC website should find it for you. You need to search for energy efficient allowances.0
