Hi MAGs. Would it work if you had a boiled egg instead? It is high in protein and will keep you going longer more than buttery toast.
It is low in calories too:)myalphabetgirls wrote: »Morning all,
I have read and re-read that post about the gift set possible glitch and cant make any sense of it. Maybe all will become clear today. Could do with a change from chocs, wonder if ff & lob still working?
Even though my neighbour can be and pretty much is a demanding pain in the butt I know her heart is still in the right place and she would always have Millie for me in a heartbeat If I were ever stuck and managed to nab her a great 42" samsung tv on local fb selling pages for £25! They just wanted rid as had won something new and exciting. OH is picking it up today. She will be really happy as her TV is old and knackered. OMG, Im starting to feel a bit christmassy, something's up, lol.
Have just had to come on here to overcome a craving for some hot buttered toast. My food cravings are always emotionally linked and Ive been using the "leave it 10 mins method" for last few weeks and it does work, although cravings are very real and can drive you insane. Thank god for the drivel thread! You can't live a perfect day without doing something for someone who will never be able to repay you. ~John Wooden 154/06/2700 -
Im a bit of a fuss pot with eggs. I only really like ommelettes. I dont like to see an egg as an egg iykwim, lol. Ommies are low too and eggs are free on s.w so I might have a mushroom one as have loads of single mushys from filler shops. See, when Im in the middle of a craving all common sense goes out the window, now ommies are one of my staples yet it didn't dawn on me. doh!
This losing weight malaky is damn hard work! Am just so cross with myself as had lost over 5st and felt great then we lost Chloe and sadly I turned to my emotional crutch and every pound has gone back on. S.w worked for me last time so Im going with what I know (but not their new extra easy), I prefer green or red. Was starting to feel the negative effects health wise and with Beth getting married next Summer was a perfect motivator for me. There is no way jose that I am going to be at that wedding looking like a oompa-loompa in the presence of "The A*se" (Beth's dad). Im four weeks in, 1st 2lb down, just 4 st more to go... but I know I can do it. The cravings are the hardest though to get past, but its early days. If I remember rightly took about 6 weeks to ease off last time. (Mags slumps onto keyboard weary at the thought at the tedium of weight loss) xLove, through the trees, past the sky, beyond the northern lights; and I won't let go. May your soul and spirt fly sweetheart x

Losing weight is hard work and it is completely understandable that you put weight on when you lost Chloe. The weight was the least of your worries.
You have proved you can lose the weight. You need to find some nice low calorie options so when you do get the cravings and indulge you don't do much damage;)
For the temporary relief you feel when you give into the cravings, it is completely undone when you feel guilty afterwards

I like your idea of coming on here when you get a craving. Drivellling lot will helpmyalphabetgirls wrote: »Im a bit of a fuss pot with eggs. I only really like ommelettes.
