I asked my dentist last time I was there if there was any difference to all the toothpastes - apparently not, they are just libricants with a bit of germ busting but it's the brushing that makes the real difference (not sure why the surgery is full of Colgate then :rotfl:)

Ugh, last time i was in the docs the receptionist asked some guy who was making an appt what it was for...or whether it was personal? well of course it was s*dding personal - worse thing was I was across the other side of the waiting room and could still hear her

This tops it though, my mum wanted to make an appt so called into the surgery, was offered 9.30, then told 'oh no, sorry you can't have that, that's reserved for the auto booking system'
    • mum 'so I'm standing here in reception but I can't have that appt'
    • Reception 'no sorry, its for the phone system'
    • mum 'so if I home and phone in I can have it'
    • Reception 'yes'
    • mum 'can i borrow your phone then please'?
    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I love what your mum said:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:I was thinking of looking around for another doctors, but it sounds like they are all as bad:( I think if I was asked in the surgery in front of others what was wrong I would think of something highly contagious :D:D
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

That link was supposed to go under the bodyshop post:o:o

    I am losing it:eek:

The Doc would say I lost it a long time ago:rotfl:

It's the thought that counts and anyways it ain't your fault. She can always buy some glue from home bargains and glue them all together again:j:j:j It's prob reading all the carp and arguing on the elite which is making you loose it. When you get stressed go and have a look at your cif stash :D:D:D

  • I have had to read a lot of carp lately:(

Looking at my stash does calm me down:D

I don't have to go far - in the porch, hallway, bathroom, study, bedroom, car boot, the list goes on:o

Got APG of 14.64 from my cleaning/shampoo shop. Just under the cap:cool:

It's to be hoped this doesn't carry on until into the new year as no one will have any room for a Christmas Tree:(:(:( I need to put my receipt in from this morning. I'm going to gather all my receipts together and make sure I print out all the vouchers, then I might do a couple of shops tomorrow. I.m not sure what to get apart from the cif though. I might look for the buster stuff you recommended and get some of that as well. I was gonna get some more deodorant but there isn't anything else I want that compares with tesco.:(

The shoe protector stuff looks good for waterproofing shoes. Useful with all the rain we have had.

I also got the brasso gadget care for cleaning up mobiles and PCs and stuff

I hope the glitch goes on and on. Stuff the tree, I would rather have more Cif. Yes I know other products are available:o
